海河水利委员会行政综合楼地下车库防水工程
该工程位于天津海河水利委员会院内，地下车库建筑面积2000㎡，深约5m，车库顶为800㎜种植土。地下车库、地下泵房及消防水池全部采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料做内外防水，无一渗漏。
